Urgent Requirement at LGIPL (LiuGong India) Pithampur :

Role : QC Inspector

Job Description - 

Responsibilities :

1) Receipt Quality Control (Inspection) : Receipt Good Inspection & Quality Control of Development Parts & preparing inspection report.

2) Product Inspection at Supplier End : In-process inspection & Inspection At Finished Good Stage before dispatch & preparing inspection report.

3) Supplier Reports Review against drawing, standards & quality requirement.

4) Maintain records of inspection, testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day / per batch/ per supplier etc.

5) Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. Quality Suggestion Implementation & Improvement at appropriate stage.

6) Prepare & submit reports to the quality manager.

Requirements :

1) Min. 1Yr Experience as quality inspector or relevant role

2) Drawing reading capabilities mainly - Fabrication, Assembly Drawings etc. Knowledge of measuring instruments

3) Understanding of QC standards & inspection/testing techniques.

4) Basic knowledge of sheetmetal & fabrication products and processes

5) Knowledge of process documents like PFD, PFMEA, CP etc will be a plus.

6) Diploma/ITI or equivalent qualification
