Urgent Job Opening for Quality Inspector/Supervisor at Goa-Panaji.

Qualification: BE or Diploma (Mechanical)
Experience: 2-5 years
Additional requirement:   Experience of Painting/Casting/Machining/Press Operations/Fan Manufacturing advantage

Responsibilities:
Supplier Process Audit, First Piece approval, New Development and Process Improvement activities
To ensure the quality of all the components received from vendors (Fan Blades/Casting/Paining/Similar Suppliers)
CTQ Part management & Maintain CTQ at Supplier’s processes.
Follow FPA (First Part Approval) process for New Development / Change part / 4M.
Part Reliability Verification as per requirement .
To Plan new gauges and instruments to ensure quality and reduce inspection time
Pre-dispatch Inspection activities
To decide critical parameters of components
Daily review of Process rejection (Assembly, Paint shop, M/C shop, Blade shop)
Coordination with Sourcing for the improvement in Supplier Quality
Decision on observations of various parameters of component
Interaction with Suppliers for their Quality issues & Improvement of the same.

Technical/Functional
Understanding of Quality parameters and their measurements
Knowledge of SPC, SQC, Poka Yoke, 7 QC tools

    Respected sir,

    I am interested. As per your requirement I have experience in Quality Engineering and production Engineering. And recently I have completed Six Sigma yellow belt certification approved by AIGPE.
    And also aware with quality tools.

    I have worked on Poka yoke ( mistake proofing) assembly line in Danfoss power solution, pune plant.
