In Quality Engineer. 



Location- Chakan Vasuli.

Edu. - DME /BE Mech.

Exp.- 3 To 5 Year.

CTC - 2.5  to 4 Lakhs 

Quality department in Fabrication industry,
Handling shop floor & Site related Engineering requirements,

Roles & Responsibilit

1) Incoming material inspection bought out & raw material as per speciation & PO provided at the time of inspection.
2) inprocess /stage inspection of storage tank, Vacuum chamber, Heating Module, Vacuum Pumping & chilling module, base frame for heating module, condenser etc.
3) Final pre-dispatch inspection.
4) Third party & client inspection handling.
5) welder qualifications as per standard.
6) educate worker for quality standard.
7) bought out material inspection at supplier end.
8) preparation of QAP as per customer requirement.
9) preparation of inspection Dossier.
10) Ensure the calibration all quality instruments.
11) Ensure NDT examination @ shop floor.
12) Review & maintain of material test certificate, Operating manual.
