We have an open positions for manufacturing Engineer.
Experience:2-5 Years
Location: Bangalore
Notice Period:30 Days
Shift Timings:2PM to 11PM.
Job Description:
OMS (Operation method Sheet) JD:
Education : Diploma/B E in Mechanical /Industrial Production/Automobile.
2 to 5 years of industrial experience in creating assembly work instruction / Technical illustration. Shop floor experience is added advantage.
Good manufacturing & assembly knowledge to explain the component assembly procedure.
Basic knowledge of Ergonomic tools used at assembly floor and the safety measures & precautions to be used.
Basic knowledge on Poke-Yoke (Mistake or Error Proofing) method.
Basic knowledge on wire Harness & Schematic to create OMS related to cables, routing etc.
Working knowledge of Unigraphics, Teamcenter, Pro-E, Creo etc. At least any one of the CAD & PLM software.
Good communication and presentation skill.
Good knowledge on usage of special assembly tools, jigs and fixtures.
