*Conduct design calculations for Chassis Frame.

*Concept design evaluation on quality, cost & delivery parameters.

*Designing chassis frame structure and Material Selection.

*Conducting benchmark studies and adopt and improve best in class chassis design.

*Design standards for chassis/frame, design review check sheets, guidelines for chassis subsystems & body building on chassis.

*GD&T, tolerances stack up analysis for chassis frame & subsystem mountings.

*Chassis subsystems mountings design(for suspensions, brakes, HV controllers, HV battery, Traction cooling & battery cooling, LV battery) 

*3D modelling in Catia & drawing preparation for all mountings.

*Analyse and interpret results of CAE, Kinematics simulations etc. & make necessary design changes.

*DFM, DFA & DFS (SAM).

*Perform IFMEA, DFMEA, DVP, design reviews.

*Resolve interfacing and development issues.

*EBOM preparation, Support for proto vehicle built.

*Preparing action plan related of all build, validation & field issues using problem solving techniques & ensure closure & implementation.
