. Knowledge of Spot Welding, MIG Welding & Projection Welding

. Sound Knowledge of Production Plan Approval Process (PPAP), Production Quality Plan (APQP), Control Plan (CP), Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA), Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA) & Statistical Process Controls (SPC).

. Part Maturation

. RED Bin Analysis 

. Knowledge of Drawing & Jig Fixture

. Responsible for Process Audit 

. Responsible to manage all quality aspects at customer end
