ASST MANAGER PRODUCTION ( WELDSHOP)
Experience = 8-12 years
Education = Diploma/B.tech (Mechanical )
Expertise = Robot, Spot Welding, Mig Welding, Projection Welding
Salary Range = 45K-50K
Location MEHSANA GUJARAT
The person should be DIPLOMA- Mech
➢ Production in-charge of a team of 10 executives, Senior Executive and more than 140 line associates.
➢ Good knowledge in cycle time study & manpower study.
➢ Preparation of problem report and corrective action plan.
➢ Prepare critical spare list and supplier selection.
➢ Responsible for floor assembly as well as shop performance.
➢ Analysis of quality concerns related to press panel and jig (using inspection gauge and drawing).
➢ Responsible for the documentation part of their system in the production department and to prepare and review standards and parameters.
➢ Ensuring and achieving the PQCDMS (Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Moral, Safety) on daily basis.
➢ Working under various tools like 5S, KAIZEN, POKA-YOKE WASTE ELIMINATION and work force training.
➢ Responsible for achievements of quantified targets SPP, SPM, rejection and rework control.
