General Description: As a production supervisor is integral part of the manufacturing process and must be competent & comprehend complex operations should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs, ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner.

Detailed Job Description – 

Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.

Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

Prepare the point both as per the production plan with required materials.

Work Exp Requirements -

8+ Years of experience from similar Industry

Proficiency in Microsoft office and purchasing software.

Educational Requirements –

           B.E (Mechanical Engineering) or Diploma Mechanical Engineering

Certification – 

Value added any certification done related to production.
